Short version: your biodata never leaves your device. There's no account, nothing you type is uploaded, and we don't sell or share your data. Here are the details, in plain language.
No account, no sign-up
You don't need an account, email, phone number, or OTP to use BiodataKart. You can open the maker and start immediately. Because there's no sign-up, we don't hold a profile about you.
Your biodata stays in your browser
BiodataKart runs entirely in your browser (it's fully client-side). The details you fill in - name, family information, education, horoscope - and the photo you add are processed on your own device.They are never uploaded to, or stored on, any server we run.
To make sure your work isn't lost when you refresh or come back later, your biodata is saved in your browser's localStorage - a small storage area that lives only on your device. It is not transmitted to us. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your browser data, that saved biodata won't be there.
You're in control of your data
- Use the "Clear all" option in the maker to wipe your details at any time.
- Clearing your browser's site data or localStorage removes everything BiodataKart has stored on your device.
- Your downloaded PDF and image files are saved by your browser to your device - managing those is up to you.
Cookies, analytics, and ads
The core biodata maker does not need cookies to work. If and when we introduce basic analytics (to understand overall, anonymous traffic) or show ads to help keep BiodataKart free, those third-party providers may set their own cookies or use similar technologies in your browser, subject to their own privacy policies. This is a standard practice for free websites, and it never gives us access to the biodata details you enter - those always stay on your device.
What we don't do
- We don't upload or store your biodata details or photo on our servers.
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We don't require an account, so there's no login database to leak.
Children
BiodataKart is intended for adults creating marriage biodata. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update how the service handles data, we'll revise this page and update the date below. Meaningful changes will be reflected here.
