How it started
About a year ago, one of us sat down to make his own marriage biodata. He found a website, picked a template, and carefully filled in everything - name, family details, education, job, horoscope, a good photo. It took the better part of an evening to get every line right.
Then he clicked download. The site asked for money. When he looked for a way around it, the "free" option stamped an ugly watermark right across the page - the kind of thing you would be embarrassed to send to a family you respect. All that effort, held hostage at the last step.
It felt wrong. A marriage biodata is a personal, important document for a family. Charging people at the finish line, or defacing their document unless they pay, is not a fair way to treat someone at a hopeful moment in their life. So we built the tool we wished we'd had.
What we believe
- Free should mean free. Not "free to design, pay to download." Every template and every export is free, with no premium tier that unlocks your own biodata.
- Your document is yours. No watermark, no "made with" stamp across your page - unless you choose to add a small credit to support us.
- Privacy is not a feature, it's the default. The whole tool runs in your browser. Your details and photo are never uploaded to any server.
